Cancellation & Refund Policy

Educamly believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

1. General Refund Policy:

All payments made to Educamly for courses, programs, mentorship, or job-assistance services are final and non-refundable once access to the course or learning materials has been granted.
By enrolling, the learner acknowledges that fees are charged solely for educational content, training, mentorship, and optional job-assistance support—not for job placement or guaranteed employment.

2. No Refunds for Job-Related Expectations:

Educamly provides job assistance (resume support, interview preparation, career guidance) but does not guarantee employment, job offers, interview calls, or salary outcomes.

Therefore, refund requests will not be accepted for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Not receiving a job after completing the course

  • Not receiving interview calls from companies

  • Not receiving a job within a specific timeline

  • Salary expectations not being met

  • Employer not selecting or shortlisting the learner

  • Assumptions or expectations about job placement

Learners agree that job outcomes entirely depend on individual performance, market conditions, employer requirements, and factors outside Educamly’s control.

3. Cancellation Policy:

A learner may request cancellation before course access is provided.
Once access to any module, lesson, downloadable material, or live class is granted, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.

If a learner fails to attend live sessions, mentorship calls, or career-guidance meetings, this does not make them eligible for cancellation or refund.

4. Misuse of Refund or Legal Rights:

Any attempt to raise a false complaint, dispute, chargeback, or legal claim based on job placement expectations will be considered a breach of the Terms & Conditions.

Educamly reserves the right to:

  • Reject fraudulent or misleading refund claims

  • Suspend or terminate access to courses/services

  • Take appropriate legal or administrative action against misuse or defamation

5. Exceptional Cases (If Provided by Company):

Refunds may only be considered under the following rare circumstances if explicitly allowed by management:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake

  • Payment charged but access not provided for more than 7 days

  • Technical issues on Educamly’s platform preventing course access

You may be required to provide proof of payment, screenshots, or other verifications.

6. Acknowledgment by Learner:

By enrolling in any Educamly program, the learner confirms that they:

  • Understand that Educamly offers job assistance, not job guarantees

  • Agree that fees are for training and support services only

  • Accept that no refunds will be issued due to employment outcomes

  • Agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy

The request will, however, be entertained once the finance team has checked and determined the same at his own end.

In case of any Refunds approved by the Educamly, it'll take 6-8 working days from the date of approval for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
