Each Service is based on per hour basis like Short duration IT courses, IT consulting, Tech support and Career and mentor guidance for Fresher's or working professionals.

Is there a minimum number of hours to be purchased?

Yes, in blocks of 1 hour for each service.

What are the payment terms?

All quick services (short courses, IT consulting, tech support, career guidance) are billed per hour/session and must be paid in advance. Learners pay only for the number of hours or sessions they book. No long-term commitment required.

Is the services completely remote or onsite?

All services will be conducted entirely through remote means.

What are the payment methods?

• Credit/Debit Cards using Razorpay (For India users)

• Net Banking / UPI / EMI using Razorpay (For India users)

• PayPal (For international users)

How to book the quick service?

You can submit the book now form with details and make the payment online from the given payment method. Our team will reach out to you for further steps.

How to get the payment invoice & receipts?

You will get the payment invoice & receipts directly to your registered email id once you make the payment online.

Is the price exclusive of GST?

Yes, the price is exclusive of GST(applicable for Indian Customers Only). For Overseas clients, build from India, there will no GST. If billed from Educamly US entity, taxation will apply.

What is the validity of the purchased hours?

The Purchased hours come with a validity period.

1. <50 hours - 2 Months

2. 50-100 hours - 3 Months

3. 100-250 hours - 6 Months

4. 250+ hours - 12 Months

What is process for Refund & Cancellation?

• Full refund if cancellation is made 24 hours before the scheduled session.

• No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session.

• If Educamly cancels or reschedules, learners can opt for a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.
